PLEASE KEEP DOGS ON A LEADS AT ALL TIME AND CLEAR UP AFTER THEM. NO DOGS SHOULD BE LEFT IN VEHICLES AND IF SEEN IN DISTRESS THEY WILL BE REMOVED FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY. THANK YOU.

Every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the public attending this rally but you are warned that Working Steam Rallies can be dangerous and you are therefore requested not to take unnecessary risks. Admission to the rally or to any ground adjacent to or in any way connected with the rally, is on condition that anyone admitted thereto agrees and undertakes to absolve and hold harmless the Chiltern Traction Engine Club, its Officers and Committee, rally Organisers, the Owners and Tenants of the land and every other person in any way taking part in or connected with the Rally, free from all liability for any injury, damage or loss howsoever caused to person or property. All engines in steam here today have a regular boiler inspection by B.O. T. official inspectors and the N. T.E.T. 'Code of Practice' will be observed. During the rally, National Traction Engine Club steam apprentices may be driving steam vehicles on the rally field, but will be supervised at all times.
