What's on in 2024

1 March  AGM - 8pm prompt 
5 April   Club night Phil shows sales he has been to with Roy from years ago. 
3 May   The club has been invited to the Amersham Organ Museum in Amersham for the evening to see some of CTEC ex member Teddy Reids's collection.  Address; 28 Plantation Rd. Amersham. HP6 6HJ. starts from 7.30pm 
May & June    Pre rally help needed at the Yard. Tuesdays pm/Saturdays am. See rally timetable when published). 
June    TBA 
3 July    Help needed on rally field midday onwards. 
4/5 July    Help needed on rally field 9.30am onwards. 
6/7 July    CTEC rally. Helpers always required. 
8 July    Rally field clearing up day. Help needed. 
23 July    Litter picking rally field. 7pm. 
August    NO MEETING 
6 September    Club night - John Golding returns with a cine film evening. 
8 September    Amersham Heritage Day : Exhibits invited by Amersham Town Council 
4 October    Club night - Simon Colbeck returns for a film evening. 
1 November    Club night - Reg Dore is here to show photos from his collection.. 
6 December.    Club night Paul and David Harrower. Show club archive photos. 
3 January 2025    Chris Gooch. Looking back at the Ffestiniog Railway. 

Club nights and AGM meetings are to be held at Barn rooms at the Amersham Community Centre. 
 

Club nights start at 8pm on the first friday of every month. We organise a variety of talks or film shows, on all subjects and interests. If you think you could do a club night or can suggest someone who might like to do an evening, please contact Phil.

Membership

Adult membership (Aged 16 to 60)                              - £12

Senior membership (aged 60 plus)                             - £10

Family Membership                                                       - £14

Senior family membership (Both aged 60 and over  - £10

Family memberships include parents, guardians, children/grandchildren (under 16 years of age)

Other Matters:

Rally Postage

To all members, please can you include 3x stamped addressed envelopes in with their entry forms per section or for every exhibit entered. These are to cover, passes, appearance money and for next year’s entry form. This is to try and cut down on postage and make sending out the above by section leaders easier. Thanks you.
