5th April Club Night - Great Dorset Steam Fair 2018 – 50 years/500 engines.
3rd May Club Night - Terry Rideley talks on history of Lego.
May & June CTEC Rally - Pre-rally help needed at the yard (Tuesdays pm or Saturdays am. See rally timetable when published. These include installation of rally advertising.
7th June Club Night - DVD films of interest.
3rd July CTEC Rally - Help needed on rally field to set up – midday onwards.
4th & 5th July CTEC Rally - Help needed on rally field to set up – all day.
6th & 7th July CTEC Rally - Helpers needed all day, or any hours spared.
8th July CTEC Rally - Rally field clear up – help needed.
August NO MEETING.
6th September Club Night - Boiler Inspector David Wuther talks on boilers and boiler failures.
4th October Club Night - John Gurney presents a show on local steam railways.
19th October Helpers Dinner.
26th October Club Event - Honour’s steam up – midday onwards.
27th October Club Event - Road Run from Honour’s Yard
1st November Club Night - Clive Flack returns with a talk and photographs from Charles Roads Collection.
6th December Club Night - Phil Honour shows a photographic history of timber hauling with F. Honour & Sons Ltd.

Club Night Organiser – Someone to arrange the club night speakers and presentations of interests for 9 club nights. Help is available and lists of previous speakers are obtainable.
Please contact Malcom for both positions if you are interested?
To all members, please can you include 3x stamped addressed envelopes in with their entry forms per section or for every exhibit entered. These are to cover, passes, appearance money and for next year’s entry form. This is to try and cut down on postage and make sending out the above by section leaders easier. Thanks you.
2019 Rally - All sections are now full.
It is with great sadness that Ian Woollett, a long-term member, has passed away. Ian was a very talented engineer and fond of all steam.
Ian Woollett's funeral will be held at Chiltern Crematorium on Monday 8th July at 4.15pm.
Help is always required throughout the year to make our rally great.
If you think you can help the club and the rally by volunteering a few hours of your time to help either; marshall the exhibits, setting up the rally site, or as pay lane assistant, any help is greatly recieved.
