every other person in any way taking part in or connected with the Rally, free from all liability for any injury, damage or loss howsoever caused to person or property. All engines in steam here
today have a regular boiler inspection by B.O. T. official inspectors and the N. T.E.T. 'Code of Practice' will be observed. During the rally, National Traction Engine Club steam apprentices may be
driving steam vehicles on the rally field, but will be supervised at all times.
